Pay a portion of interest monthly and the balance is deferred and paid at the end of the initial (up to 5 year term) along with the outstanding balance of the Top-up Loan.
If our tech-driven data platform successfully identifies that the value of the property you are buying is likely to increase in the next 5 years and you are able to service the entire loan (Home Loan + Top-up) meeting our serviceability criteria and lending conditions, your Top-up Loan is approved.
